Once you have selected A Special Nanny as your nanny/aide recruiter, we provide an in-home visit so that we can meet with your family in person. This initial visit allows us to meet your child and determine the specific needs of your family. It also gives us the opportunity to review the questionnaire with you and address your questions or concerns. We believe the in-home visit helps us provide you with a more ideal and personalized match.

In-home visit: $100.00

Full-time positions and part-time positions: 15% of the nanny’s annual salary, with a $1,200 minimum.

Depending upon a candidate's qualifications and the needs of your family, most special nannies can earn between $15.00 and $21.00 per hour and upward of $30 per hour for specialized positions.

Some families offer additional perks, such as use of a family car, or health insurance.

All nannies are asked to make a twelve month commitment to hiring families.
